Easy Check-In on Arrival
For those travelling on the direct Eurostar route and booking Disney Express through the official Disneyland Paris website, check-in is done conveniently on the train. A friendly Disney Cast Member will meet you at your seat to provide park details, your tickets, any included meal vouchers, and luggage tags. When you arrive, you simply drop off your tagged bags and head straight to the park.
If you’re arriving at a connecting train, TGV, or booked Disney Express via a travel agency, just head to the Disney Express desk at the station. There, your tickets and check-in documents will be ready to pick up.
Arriving at the Station and Dropping Off Bags
Upon reaching Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, take the escalator to the first-floor mezzanine, where you’ll see bright blue Disney Express signs. Drop off your labelled bags here, and they’ll be taken directly to your hotel, freeing you to start enjoying the park immediately.
Departure Day
On your last day, simply leave your bags at the hotel Concierge desk before 11:00, and Disney Express will handle the rest. Enjoy every last moment in the park, and then pick up your luggage at the Disney Express desk on the first floor of the station at least 45 minutes before your train departure.
