Can you exchange or return your guaranteed access?
The rules for cancelling or changing your guaranteed access tickets depend on how and when you purchased them:
- If you bought your guaranteed access as part of a “Hotel + Tickets” package, any changes or cancellations to your package also apply to your guaranteed access reservation.
- If you purchased guaranteed access separately or together with park tickets, you cannot exchange or modify your reservation. However, you can cancel it without any fees up to three days before your visit, including the day of your visit.
