Accessing Help and Information in the Parks
Exploring Disneyland parks for the first time can feel like stepping into a world where every sight calls for your attention, with endless attractions waiting to be discovered. Thankfully, Disneyland Paris has thought of everything to make your visit smooth and unforgettable. From colourful, complimentary maps at the entrance to helpful, multilingual staff available at every turn, each detail is crafted to ensure a truly welcoming experience for every guest.
The Cast Members
In Disney parks, the staff are known as Cast Members, as they are the true creators of magic, bringing the resort’s enchanting atmosphere to life and transforming your visit into an unforgettable adventure.
These dedicated and attentive professionals are always nearby to assist, forming one of the most welcoming and skilled guest service teams in Europe. Each Cast Member speaks at least two languages, with most ready to engage with you in English, ensuring that your experience is both smooth and thoroughly enjoyable.
Park Map and Event Schedule
The park map is a complimentary, full-colour guide, designed to help guests navigate both Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. It includes detailed layouts and listings for attractions, dining spots, and key areas, making it easy to find your way around and discover exciting experiences.
Alongside the map, you’ll find the “Times Guide,” an essential program with schedules for live shows, character meet-and-greets, and any updates on temporary closures or new attractions. Both the map and guide are readily accessible on the official Disneyland Paris website and Disneyland Paris app, ensuring you have all the information you need to make the most of your day.
Information Boards
Central information boards are set up in each park at Disneyland Paris, providing guests with real-time updates on wait times for popular attractions, schedules for parades and shows, as well as current operating hours for parks and restaurants.

These modern electronic boards are equipped with LCD screens that refresh with live updates directly from the park's entry systems. Team members are always nearby, ready to assist, answer questions, and offer maps or event schedules to enhance your visit.
City Hall and Studio Services
City Hall in Disneyland Park and Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios Park serve as essential guest information centers, thoughtfully positioned to ensure every visitor feels at ease and fully supported. Located on the left side of Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A., City Hall is easy to spot, while Studio Services awaits just off Hollywood Boulevard.
These welcoming spaces are staffed with attentive, multilingual Cast Members dedicated to assisting with anything guests may need. Whether it’s arranging dining reservations, reuniting guests with lost belongings, or helping locate lost children, these team members are ready to offer helpful maps, friendly guidance, and attentive support.
Guest Services Counters
Guest Services Windows located outside the park gates serve unique functions compared to information points within the park itself. These windows primarily assist with ticket sales and address any questions that might arise before or after your visit.
Here, you can purchase park tickets, annual passes, and receive guidance on all aspects of your Disneyland experience. During less busy days, these windows often serve as the primary ticket sales points.
