Disneyland Paris Meals Plan
Getting ready for a trip to Disneyland Paris is like starting a big, exciting adventure that's full of fun for the whole family. To make your visit even better and easier, there's a special magic trick called meal plans. Think of these plans like a treasure map for meals, helping you decide where to eat without worrying about it later. This way, you can enjoy every bit of the park's magic and still keep your adventure on budget.
Just remember, you need to pick your meal plans before you even pack your bags for this magical adventure. So, when you're booking your tickets to enter the park and choosing where you'll sleep, adding your meals to the plan is like adding another sprinkle of fun to your adventure prep!
What's a Meal Plan at Disneyland Paris?
Dining plans are like magic keys that let you get all your meals ready before your adventure starts. It's as if you have a little bag of fairy dust that pays for all your appetizing foods in the Disney parks and hotels. This way, you make sure you have enough coins for fun rides and tasty treats. You can choose to eat in lots of magical places that make you feel like you're part of a fairy tale.
Your magic keys are kept safe on something called a MagicPass, which is like a map leading you to all the best spots to eat in Disneyland Paris. You can use it almost everywhere to get food, like you're using magic spells, except in a few special places like The Royal Pub, Rosalie, McDonald’s, Rainforest cafe, Starbucks, Earl Sandwich, Five Guys, and Vapiano.
What's the Purpose of Getting a Disney Meal Plan?
Thinking about getting a Disney meal plan? It's like having a magic key that opens doors to lots of delicious meals and makes your visit super smooth. Here's why it's a cool idea:
- A world of yummy places: Imagine a giant treasure chest, but instead of gold, it's filled with 36 different restaurants (39 if you pick the special plan)! You can find all sorts of foods, whether you love fancy meals, healthy snacks, or eating with Disney characters. It's like having a food adventure in a magical land.
- A magical menu: With a Disney dining plan, you get to pick from so many different foods. Whether you want to try something new or need to eat certain kinds of food, there's something for everyone.
- Magic Pass: This is like a magic wand for buying food in Disneyland Paris. It makes paying for your meals super easy, so you don't have to carry around cash and can spend more time having fun.
- Easy planning and budgeting: Knowing what you're going to spend on food before you even get to the park makes things really easy. You won't have to worry about money, so you can just enjoy all the fun stuff.
- Dietary accommodations: Disney wants everyone to be happy and full, no matter what kind of food they need to eat. When you're getting your dining plan, you can tell them about any special food needs you have, and they'll make sure you have lots of delicious options.
Types of Meal Plans at Disneyland Paris
There are three magical types of meal plans, and each one offers different options for included meals:
- Breakfast
- Half-Board
- Full-Board
Breakfast
One of the special meal plans lets you start your day in a super fun way: with a warm breakfast or a quick breakfast you can take with you on your adventures. This means you can enjoy an enjoyable beginning to your day, just the way you like it. Depending on where you're staying, breakfast might look a little different, but it's always exciting. You might find a big buffet with lots of hot foods, all sorts of tasty pastries, meaty treats, different kinds of cheese, juicy fruits, creamy yogurt, and refreshing juices. If you're staying in a Disney hotel, this breakfast plan is a great way to wake up happy and ready to explore, filling you up with tasty foods and lots of energy.
Breakfast costs
- Adult (12 and up): from 35 € / 1 day
- Child (3-11): from 28 € / 1 day
Half-Board
When you get to Disneyland, your MagicPass turns into a magical ticket that gives you two special meal tickets for each person with you, for every day you're there.
- The first voucher lets you have a big, satisfying breakfast at the restaurant in your hotel, where you can eat as much as you like of anything you see.
- The second voucher is for you to use at lunch or dinner. You can pick where you want to go—sit down at a fancy place, help yourself at a buffet, or grab something quick and easy.
Half-board cost
- Adult (12 and up): from 75 € / 1 day
- Children (3-11): from 60 € / 1 day
Full-Board
With your MagicPass in hand, you unlock the power to manage three digital meal vouchers for each guest, every day:
- The first voucher lets you have a big, rich breakfast at the restaurant in your hotel, where you can eat as much as you want (but if you're staying at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, you'll have breakfast in a cozy chalet near your bungalow).
- The next two vouchers let you pick if you want to have lunch or dinner. You can eat at a fancy place with waiters, a buffet where you can keep filling your plate, or a place where you grab your food and go.
- Plus, your MagicPass gives you one more ticket to have lunch or dinner at any Disney restaurant you choose on the last day of your trip.
Full-Board cost
- Adult (12 and up): from 115 € / 1 day
- Children (3-11): from 90 € / 1 day
Additional Information on Meal Plans
- Kids who are younger than 3 years old don't get their own special dining plan. But don't worry, when you get to the park, moms and dads can share their food with these little ones or buy them something tasty at the normal price.
- The MagicPass is like a little magic card you get when you check into your Disney hotel. It's packed with cool stuff for your visit, like special tickets for meals. Everyone in your group (except for the tiny tots under 3) gets their own MagicPass to use the whole time you're there.
- Your meal plan lasts as long as your Disney adventure does and includes everyone you're traveling with.
- You can use your meal tickets at almost all the places to eat in Disney parks, Disney hotels, and some spots in Disney Village (but not at places like McDonald’s or Starbucks). They're like magic coins you can trade for meals.
- At places with waiters: You get to pick a starter, main dish, dessert, and a drink without alcohol.
- At buffet places: You can eat as much as you want from the buffet and have drinks without alcohol.
- At fast food spots: You get a main dish, something on the side, dessert, and a drink without alcohol.
- You can't use your meal tickets as magic coins for special dinners on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. But, you can use them for brunch on Christmas and New Year's Day.
- Your breakfast ticket is just for breakfast, but you can also use it like magic coins at other breakfast places in Disney parks and Disney Village (but not at McDonald’s or Starbucks).
- If your meal costs more than your ticket, you just pay the extra. If it costs less, you don't get money back. You use one ticket for each person for each meal.
- If you have food allergies, just tell the restaurant staff when you get there. They'll help you pick the right food so you don't have to worry. No need to order special food ahead of time!
- All the sit-down and buffet restaurants in Disney parks, hotels, and Disney Village can have special dishes that are halal or kosher. Just call a special phone number at least 48 hours before you want to eat. Remember, if you call late on Friday, your order might not be ready in time, so it's best to call on Friday morning!
